🚨 HOUSE FIRE RESCUE – WESTMINSTER 🚨 This morning, OCFA crews responded to a fully involved garage fire in the city of Westminster. Upon arrival, our firefighters found Westminster Police officers rescuing a victim through the front window of the home.
