The organization connects travelers to the state’s musical heritage through an online travel guide. Stubblefield, the original “Funky Drummer,” helped lay the groundwork for funk and rap, with his work being sampled on more than 1,500 recordings — including Otis Redding and James Brown. | Local 3 News
