When we give love to ourselves, we eat better choices, we stress less (which produces oil) we accept ourselves and our flaws fully. I’m not perfect but I love myself enough to take this video and share with you all, Unfiltered. It’s taken me a long time to love myself. It’s not something that happens overnight.
