today i made one batch of sourdough and split it two different ways. one portion went into my 9x4 loaf tin and the other became a round loaf. the loaf tin got baked the same day, cooled and sliced, and the round loaf went into the fridge to cold proof overnight so i can bake it tomorrow. i love doing it this way because i can get two completely different styles of bread from the exact same dough. for this video i’m giving you the recipe for one 9x4 loaf below. the round loaf is coming next!
