Sweet Corn Ice Cream Ingredients: 1 Cup Milk 1 Cup Cream 1 Cup Corn (dried and puréed) or use canned corn 1 Tsp Vanilla 1 1/2 Tbsp Honey 1 Cups Sugar Step one: In a sauce pot add milk and cream and warm over medium heat. Then add the sugar, vanilla, honey, and corn. Cook down until thickens similar to oatmeal but not quit that thick. If it’s too thick add a little more milk.
