This is how I make baking powder from scratch!! Its one of the easiest pantry items I've ever made. I cant believe I didnt start making it myself sooner! There is so much talk about the aluminum thats in store bought baking powder.. Im not sure if thats really true or not but it makes me feel better knowing exactly what's in my homemade baking powder and actually costs less too!
