Slow cooker minted lamb and red wine stew 🩷 Diced lamb 1 onion Carrots Potatoes Celery 1 tbs garlic 3 tbs Worcestershire sauce 2 tbs thyme 3 tbs mint sauce Salt and pepper Peas gravy granules 2 lamb stock with 700ml of water 70ml of red wine Add all ingredients into your slow cooker except peas and gravy granules and leave on high for 3 hours then add your peas and as much gravy as you prefer and leave for a further 30 minutes then done 🥰 #mintedlamb #lambstew #stew #stewseason #redwine #mint
